Lift your legs as you would for a usual pushup and then bend your elbows while keeping your body as straight as possible. Lower yourself to the floor and slowly lift yourself back up. Repeat this 10 times, taking a break in between reps.

3. The Standing Dumbbell Fly

For this exercise, stand straight with a dumbbell in each hand and your palms facing each other. Lean forward and keep your back as straight as possible and slightly bend your elbows. In this position, lift the dumbbells perpendicular to your body and hold for a breath before slowly lowering them back down. Take care not to lift your arms higher than your shoulders, as this can cause injury. This exercise can help build strength in the triceps and in the chest.
