“PiYo was a welcomed “break” from my normal, high-impact workouts. It is a safe, highly effective way to get a great workout in while giving my joints (knees, back, neck, and shoulders) a bit of relief. There are a variety of workouts that keep your muscles guessing. Alisa’s energy and positive attitude are great motivators even to those beginning their PiYo journey. It has quickly become my favorite class. I love it!”
“I've been attending Deana's classes for more than five years...I can say that they have been an extremely important part of my weight management, and fitness program. I've been able to to increase my flexibility and balance well enough to continue doing the things I love to do, like skiing and surfing. Her approach to yoga class works better than others I've tried as she is always aware of the importance of warming up before challenging yourself. She's also good with fitness suggestions and has become a trusted friend.”
